Weight Room

Our very popular Weight Room consists of:

  • 2 Bench Press
  • 1 Squat Rack
  • 1 Hip Sled / Leg Press
  • 2 Cable Cross-Over Machines
  • 1 Seated Calf Machine
  • 1 Smith Machine (Self Spotter)
  • 1 Preacher Curl
  • 1 T-Bar Row
  • Dumbbells 5-140lb with 4 dumbell benches
  • + Many bars and attachments

Weight Machines

Our weight machines include easy to change weight with the pull of a pin. Work your back, arms, abs, legs, glutes, chest, and shoulders with our 14 different machines.
